On August 15, 2011, GeoGlobal Resources Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating highlights and selected financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release dated August 15, 2011 is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
