Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On August 16, 2011, China Bilingual Technology & Education Group Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), announced its results of operations for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2011and an earnings call to be held on August 18, 2011 to discuss these financial results. A copy of the related press release is being filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety.
