On August 16, 2011, Autoliv, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of 45 cents per share for the fourth quarter 2011. The dividend will be payable on Thursday, December 1, 2011 to Company stockholders of record on the close of business on Thursday, November 17, 2011. The ex-date when the shares will trade without the right to the dividend will be Tuesday, November 15, 2011.
