Item 2.02 Second Quarter Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 11, 2011, Cosi, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release reporting its earnings for the second quarter ended June 27, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
