On August 5, 2011, Mr. James R. Voss’ employment with Solutia Inc. (the “Company”) was terminated other than for Cause (as such term is defined in Mr. Voss’ Amended and Restated Employment Agreement dated November 1, 2008). Mr. Voss served as the Company’s Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer.
