Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 5, 2011, North State Bancorp issued a press release announcing its operating results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein in its entirety by reference.
