Attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K is the Acceptance Letter regarding the Pioneer Incentive with the Singapore Economic Development Board (the “Acceptance Letter”) dated April 25, 2011. The material terms of the Acceptance Letter were described in the Current Report on Form 8-K filed by us on April 28, 2011.
The description of the terms of the Acceptance Letter is not complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the text of the Acceptance Letter, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 10.1, with portions omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to a request for confidential treatment.
