BankFinancial Corporation (the “Company”) included a Quarterly Financial and Statistical Supplement as Exhibit 99.2 to the Current Report on Form 8-K that it filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on August 4, 2011. The Quarterly Financial and Statistical Supplement incorrectly stated that, at June 30, 2011, the Company’s tangible equity to tangible total assets 11.28% and its equity to total assets was 16.57%. At June 30, 2011, the Company’s tangible equity to tangible total assets was 13.17%, and its equity to total assets was 15.06%. An amended Quarterly Financial and Statistical Supplement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
