Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 5, 2011, Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding preliminary financial results for the third quarter ended July 30, 2011. Copy of the press release is attached as Exhibits 99.1 and the information in Exhibits 99.1 is incorporated herein by reference.
