Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 2, 2011, Anchor BanCorp Wisconsin Inc. (ABCW) issued a press release announcing its
financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2011. A copy of the press release is
attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
