Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 4, 2011, UGI Corporation ("UGI") issued a press release to announce an unscheduled outage at its subsidiary's 125-megawatt Hunlock electric generation station and to update UGI's fiscal year 2011 earnings guidance.
