Item 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION
On August 3, 2011, Global Industries, Ltd. issued a press release announcing its operating results
for the three months ended June 30, 2011, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this
report and incorporated by reference into this Item 2.02.
