(b) Departure of Chief Financial Officer
Effective August 1, 2011, Keith R. Ruck, the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Lannett Company, Inc. (the “Company”), delivered his resignation.
Mr. Ruck entered into a Separation Agreement and Release with the Company dated August 1, 2011, pursuant to which he will receive 7 months base salary, medical benefits and vesting of outstanding options and previously awarded restricted stock grants.
