Regulation FD Disclosure. |
On August 1, 2011 Miller Energy Recourses, Inc. issued a letter to shareholders from the Chief Executive Officer related to the filing of an 8-K and addressing allegations in an article dated July 28, 2011 posted on TheStreetSweeper.com. A copy of this letter is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
