SECTION 8: OTHER EVENTS
Item 8.01 Other Events
The Company announces that it has relocated its offices to the fourth floor of The Meadows Tower, at the same street address. All phone numbers remain the same. The move was as a result of water damage to the previous location in the building but the new space comprises additional space. The Company will occupy the new space on the same terms as the old lease even though the space is larger.
