Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On July 28, 2011, Qlik Technologies Inc. (“QlikTech”) issued a press release and is holding a conference call regarding its results of operations and financial condition for the quarter ended June 30, 2011. The press release, which includes information regarding QlikTech’s use of non-GAAP financial measures, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
