Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 26, 2011, Coyote Resources, Inc. (the “Registrant”) issued a press release to announce an auger drilling program on its Tonopah Extension Mine property. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
