On July 20, 2011, the Company issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has engaged the services of Cushman & Wakefield, the global commercial real estate advisory firm, to work with Rothschild and advise the board as the company explores and evaluates potential strategic alternatives.
There is no defined timeline for this strategic review and there can be no assurance that the review of strategic alternatives will result in any specific action or transaction
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
