Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 19, 2011, LogMeIn, Inc. issued a press release disclosing that on July 19, 2011, it
acquired substantially all of the assets and liabilities of Connected Environments (BVI) LTD and
Connected Environments, LTD. A copy of this press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
The information in this Current Report on Form 8-K (including Exhibit 99.1) shall not be deemed
