At a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, held on July 12, 2011, John D. Stanton resigned as Chairman and Director, and Chief Financial Officer of the Company. Stephen L Gurba, who currently serves as Chief Executive Officer and President, was appointed as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company and Frank W. Barker, Jr., who currently serves as Vice President of Finance of the Company, was appointed the Chief Financial Officer of the Company.
