Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure
On July 14, 2011, Quaint Oak Bancorp, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing the declaration of a quarterly cash dividend by the Board of Directors on July 13, 2011. The dividend is payable on August 8, 2011 to shareholders of record as of July 25, 2011.
For additional information, reference is made to the Company's press release dated July 14, 2011, which is included as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference thereto.
