Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On July 14, 2011, Pacific Office Properties Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release concerning the acceptance by the NYSE Amex (the “Exchange”) of the Company's plan for regaining compliance with the Exchange's continued listing standards. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
