On July 13, 2011, Pervasive Software Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing, among other things, an update to its earnings guidance for its fourth fiscal quarter ending June 30, 2011, providing that the Company’s financial results for the fourth fiscal quarter are expected to exceed guidance previously provided on April 19, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
