Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

Effective July 8, 2011, Craig S. Evans, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating and Chief Risk Officer, resigned in order to accept a position with an out-of-market financial institution. The Board of Directors thanks Mr. Evans for his service to First Reliance Bancshares, Inc.
