Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On June 30, 2011, Escalon Medical Corp.("Company") held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting, shareholders elected as Class II directors of the Company Lisa A. Napolitano with 2,528,350 votes for and 13,408 votes withheld and Fred G. Choate with 2,528,642 votes for and 13,116 votes withheld and ratified Mayer Hoffman McCann P.C. as the Company's independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011 by a vote of 6,665,320 for, 313,730 for against and 10 abstained.
