On July 1, 2011, Astoria Financial Corporation (the “Corporation”) issued a press release stating that, on Wednesday, July 20, 2011 at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET), the Corporation is expected to release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2011, and will host an earnings conference call on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
