On June 30, 2011, Carver Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting financial results for the three months and fiscal year ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference. The Company does not intend for this Item 2.02 or Exhibit 99.1 to be deemed “filed” for
