Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 27, 2011, the Company distributed a news release announcing that the Company had completed drilling of the first well in its drilling program in ATP 862 in Queensland. The Company also announced that it has reaquired 100% interest in ATP 865P and ATP 866P from Sino American Oil Company. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
