Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
We are pleased to announce that effective as of June 27, 2011, and following the successful implementation of a 27 unit pilot program, we have entered into a Development and Manufacturing Agreement (Agreement) with Rug Doctor, Inc. (Rug Doctor), a Delaware corporation. The Agreement has a two year term, with automatic one (1) extensions, and contemplates AVT exclusively manufacturing up to approximately 2,000 patent pending, automated self-service carpet cleaning system rental and return kiosk centers during the first year of the Agreement.
