Bankruptcy or Receivership
|
On June 27, 2011, Teltronics, Inc. (the “Company”), filed voluntary petitions to reorganize under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida, Tampa Division, Case No. 8:11-bk-12150. The Company will operate as “debtor-in-possession” under the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court and in accordance with the applicable rules of the Bankruptcy Code and orders of the Bankruptcy Court.
