The Company was notified on June 20, 2011 that Alan C. Castrodale died on June 18, 2011. Mr. Castrodale served as our President and Chief Executive Officer from January, 2001 until October 1, 2009 when he resigned as President. On December 31, 2009 Mr. Castrodale resigned as an officer, but remained as a director.
