Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On June 21, 2011, Jabil Circuit, Inc. issued a press release announcing its results of
operations for the fiscal quarter ended May 31, 2011. A copy of the press release is furnished as
Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
