ENTRY INTO A MATERIAL DEFINITIVE AGREEMENT
|
On June 16, 2011, Dollar Thrifty Automotive Group, Inc. (the “Company”) extended its long-term agreement with Expedia, Inc. (“Expedia”) through July 2015 (the “Agreement”). Under the Agreement, Expedia.com®, Hotwire.com® and Carrentals.com will continue to offer Dollar Rent A Car and Thrifty Car Rental as preferred car rental brands.
The Company’s news release relating to the Agreement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
