Other Events

As announced in the Form 8K filed on May 26, 2011, Asiarim Corporation has signed a terms sheet with EuroAmerican S.A. setting forth the fundamentals of the acquisition of the exclusive worldwide rights to use a unique patented video compression technology. Under the terms of the terms sheet, the parties were to execute a definitive agreement in respect of the terms sheet on or before June 15, 2011 and in the absence of which the intended transaction would terminate.

The parties have mutually agreed to extend the aforementioned drop dead date until June 30, 2011 and put all their efforts to conclude a definitive agreement on or before this extended date.
