Effective as of June 15, 2011, Vicor Technologies, Inc.(the “Company”) announced that Richard
M. Cohen, age 65, has stepped down from his position as the Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
Mr. Cohen will remain employed with the Company as its Vice President of Business Development
pursuant to his employment agreement.
