REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE

In a news release issued on June 14, 2011 we highlighted recent rating actions by A.M. Best, which affirmed the Financial Strength Ratings (FSR) assigned to the ProAssurance Group and its subsidiaries. A. M. Best also revised the FSR Outlook for ProAssurance National Casualty Insurance Company, Inc. to Positive from Stable. A copy of our news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8K.
