On June 15, 2011, the Company issued a press release regarding the execution of a long term non-exclusive agreement under which Philips will integrate Masimo Rainbow SET technology into Philips’ products. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
