Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 9, 2011, Emtec, Inc. (the “Company”) extended the term of the employment agreement for Gregory P. Chandler, its Chief Financial Officer (the “Employment Agreement”). As a result of this extension, the term of the Employment Agreement will continue through April 30, 2012, unless further extended or earlier terminated in accordance with its terms. No other changes were made to the Employment Agreement in connection with such extension and, accordingly, the Employment Agreement remains in full force and effect in all other material respects.
A copy of the extension agreement is filed as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. The content of such Exhibit is incorporated herein by reference.
