On June 2, 2011, Stream Global Services, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the Company’s rejection of an unsolicited non-binding indication of interest from Trillium Capital LLC to acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding common shares of the Company for $4.65 per share. The full text of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
