On May 31, 2011,  JoS. A. Bank Clothiers, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) in which the Company announced that it would be holding a conference call to discuss its results for the first quarter of fiscal year 2011 on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time (ET). A copy of the Press Release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
