On May 19, 2011, DigitalGlobe, Inc. and National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (“NGA”) agreed to waive the requirement under the Service Level Agreement, dated August 6, 2010 (“EnhancedView SLA”), that DigitalGlobe lower the altitude of its WorldView-2 satellite from its current altitude of 770km to an altitude of 680km in September 2011. NGA has the right to request reinstatement of the requirement upon six months notice to DigitalGlobe.
