Item 5.07   Submission of matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
The following matters were voted upon at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders of REVA Medical, Inc. (the “Company”), held on 23 May 2011, at 10:30 a.m., Australian Eastern Standard Time (which is 5:30 p.m. on May 22, 2011 U.S. Pacific Daylight Time):
1.   To elect two members of the Board. The stockholders elected two Class I directors to hold office until the 2014 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, or until their successors are duly elected and qualified or until their earlier death, resignation or removal, by the following votes:

Based on these voting results, the Company’s board of directors determined to hold an advisory vote on the compensation of its named executive officers every year until the next stockholder vote on the frequency of stockholder votes on the compensation of the Company’s named executive officers. A stockholder vote on the frequency of stockholder votes on the compensation of named executive officers is required to be held at least once every six years.
