Item 8.01 Other Events.

On May 23, 2011, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved INCIVEK™ (telaprevir) tablets for the treatment of treatment-naive and treatment-experienced patients with genotype 1 chronic hepatitis C virus infection in combination with pegylated-interferon and ribavirin.

We have established a wholesale acquisition price for INCIVEK (telaprevir) in the United States of $49,200 for the 12-week course of INCIVEK (telaprevir) therapy.
