On April 7, 2011, Goodrich Petroleum Corporation (the “Company”) filed a Current Report on 8-K under Item 5.02 disclosing that Mr. Peter Goodson was appointed to the Company’s Board of Directors (the “Board”). At the time of the filing, the Board had not yet determined the committee on which Mr. Goodson would serve. The Company is amending its initial report to disclose that, effective May 19, 2011, the Board appointed Mr. Goodson to its Audit Committee.
