Item 5.07 - Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On May 19, 2011, Commercial Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Meeting”). The only matter voted upon at the Meeting was the election of four (4) Class II Directors for the Company, to serve a term expiring in 2014. The Company’s nominees to serve as Class II Directors were Daniel E. Berg, Lynn R. Child, Mark Dillon, and Kurt D. Kimmel. All four nominees were elected as Class II Directors of the Company. The results of the election were as follows:
