On May 24, 2011, Tower Bancorp, Inc. (“Tower”) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders. At that meeting, Tower’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer will make a presentation to shareholders. Prior to the annual meeting of shareholders, on May 18, 2011, a presentation will be made to members of the regional advisory boards of the Tower Bank, Graystone Bank and 1N Bank divisions of Graystone Tower Bank, the wholly-owned subsidiary of Tower. A copy of the slide presentation to be delivered at each of the foregoing meetings is furnished in this Report, pursuant to this Item 7.01, as Exhibit 99.1. No part of this Report shall be deemed incorporated by reference into any registration statement filed under the Securities Act of 1933.
