Effective upon his appointment as President of HCC Insurance Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) on May 1, 2011, Christopher J.B. Williams ceased to serve on the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees of the Company’s Board of Directors.
