ITEM 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On May 13, 2011, Brightpoint, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the Jefferies 2011 Global Technology, Internet, Media & Telecom Conference (the “Jefferies Conference”) in New York, New York. Certain executives of the Company will conduct one-on-one sessions with financial analysts and investors at the Jefferies Conference.

The Company’s presentation at the Jefferies Conference will be webcast live and will be accessible online through the Investor Relations section of the Brightpoint, Inc. website located at www.brightpoint.com. Audio archives of the webcast will be available for approximately 90 days following the live presentation.

A copy of the presentation slide deck that will be used at the Jefferies Conference is currently available on the Company’s website, www.brightpoint.com, at the Investor Relations section.

A copy of the presentation slide deck is also attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The investor presentation slides (Exhibit 99.1) include financial information not prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“Non-GAAP Financial Measures”). Exhibit 99.1 contains a reconciliation of the Non-GAAP Financial Measures included in the slides to financial information prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles (“GAAP”), as required by Regulation G. The Company believes that the Non-GAAP Financial Measures provide investors the ability to better evaluate financial performance.
