Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 2, 2011, the Registrant issued a press release announcing that the total gold identified at the Registrant’s wholly-owned Spring Valley project has grown significantly from the previous Inferred resource estimate in 2009. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
