Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 10, 2011, Epocrates, Inc. (the “Company”) announced its financial results for its first quarter ended March 31, 2011. A copy of the Company’s press release, entitled “Epocrates Reports 2011 First Quarter Financial Results,” is furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
